WOMAN MINISTER.
AUCKLAND SPIRITUALIST CHURCH. Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, Nov. 30. Advice that her name had been placed on the list of officiating ministers under the Marriage Act, 1908, has been received by Mrs M. Dreaver, a member of the Auckland Hospital Board, who has been appointed a minister of the Spiritualist Church. She is the first woman minister appointed by the church. The advice which Mrs Dreaver has received is from the office of the Registrar-General. Mrs Dreaver will act as pastor of the Auckland branch of the church.
