RUSSIAN SUBMARINES.
CAUSE ALARM IN JAPAN
It is reported that a fleet of 500 up-to-date submarines, ready for instant action, is lying in Vladivostok Harbour. The parts were taken there by railway and assembled. More submarines are being constantly added. Russian submarines and aeroplanes are an unceasing threat to Japanese communications with the mainland, and are causing alarm in Japan.
