OPENING AT MELBOURNE.
Received November 8, 12.20 p.m. MELBOURNE, Nov. 8. The Australian Anglican Assembly opens to-day. Archbishop Head will bless the city from a platform on the roof of the Cathedral and offer a prayer of thanksgiving for the Centenary.
