HEADMASTER FAREWELLED.
GATHERING AT COLLINGWOOD.
Per Press Association. NELSON, Nov. 8. Mr Hollis Hill, the former headmaster of tl;e Collingwood School, and Mrs Hill were tendered a farewell by a crowded gathering in the Collingwood Public Hall last night. The speakers included the chairman of the Collingwood County Council, Rev. Mr Ives (the vicar), Dr Andrew, and Mr C. P. McNabb. , , , , All said Mr Hill had rendered great service to the children and Collingwood and said his departure was widely regretted. Several presentations were made.
