RELATIONS NGT CHANGED. Received May 24, 12.10 p.m. TOKJ.O, May 23. _ The Japanese Minister, Mr Ariyoshi, has returned from a visit to China. He said: “Our relations with China are not affected at all by the Foreign Office declaration of the China policy, which is well understood as our attitude, and which the Chinese well know.”
