ASSOCIATION FOOTBALL.
CLUB GOES INTO RECESS. Local supporters of the Association football code will regret to learn that, through force of circumstances, the St. Andrew’s Football Club will not be able to place a team in the field this season. The club has played a prominent part in local football circles since tire 1921 season and has attained championship honours on several occasions. However, through a large number of their members having left the district the ranks have been to fveakened. as to necessitate the club going Into recess this season.
