BANKS AT ELAY. Per Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, Sept. 25. The fifth annual Rugby match for the Fow Shield, between teams representing the combined banks’ staffs of Wellington and Christchurch, resulted in a win for Wellington by 2S to 8.
