IMPERIAL EX-SOLDIERS.
FUNDS FROM BRITAIN. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Sept. 26. It was announced at a meeting of the Wellington War Relief Association to-day that the authorities of the British war relief organisation had been consulted by Mr L. O. A. Tripp and Colonel Stewart with reference to the possibility of funds being available for tiro assistance of Imperial exsoldiers- in New Zealand, but that there were only slight hopes of a grant being made for them.
