LOCAL MEMBER’S OPINION. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Sept. 26. The secretaries’ branch of the Electric Power Board and Supply Association met in conference to-day, Mr S. P. Day presiding. Mr J. A. Nash, M.P., president of the Power Boards’ Association, addressed the gathering. He said that the rising prices showed that New Zealand had turned the corner and it was time the power boards became busy so that they could receive the benefit.
