BADMINTON TITLES.
CHAMPIONSHIPS COMPLETED. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Sept. 24. The New Zealand badminton championship tournament concluded oil Saturday night, the new list of championships being as follows: —Men’s singles, J. Ellett (Auckland); women’s singles, Miss J. Ramsay (Auckland); men’s doubles, N. R. C. Wilson and A. E. Sandral (Wellington); women’s doubles, Miss A. Ellett and Mrs Wilson (.Auckland); mixed doubles, J. Ellett and Miss A. Ellett (Auckland).
It was announced by tire president of- the New Zealand Federation (Mr E. W. Griffiths) that a cup would be presented to the youngest association recently formed in tile western Wanganui district, which would accept challenges for the next season.
