MARYLEBONE CRICKETERS. JARDINE IN TEAM. (United Press Association. —By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) Received September 23, 9.30 a.m. LONDON, Sept. 22. The Marylebone team has sailed for India. It consists of the following: Jardine, Valentine, AValters. Levett, Marriott, J. PI. Human, James Langridge. Nichols Verity. Townsend, Bakewell, Clark, Gregory, Barnett, Mitchell (Yorkshire) and H. Elliott (Derbyshire). The Marylebone Club has instructed Jardine not to use the leg-theory in India. Completely recovered from his leg injury, Jardine, who received cheers, affably greeted the members of . the English team entraining at Saint Pancras. PIo told an interviewer: “We leave as a united party.”
