THE EXCHANGE RATES. Received September 23, 10.10 a.m. LONDON, Sept. 22. The price of gold again rose to-dav, the quotation being £G 13s 7d per fine ounce (£6 12s 9d). The dollar exchange rate. New York on London, is 4.78 (4.75). The Paris exchange rate (franc and pound) is 79 1-16 (79 9-16). Yesterday’s quotations are in parentheses.
