LONGBURN.
(From Our Own Correspondent.) LONGBURN, Sept. 21. Mr Lango, agricultural instructor to the Wanganui Education Board, paid a visit to tho school on Thursday and presented ..the prizes won in tho last season’s mangold growing competition. Tho friends of Mr S. Nielsen, ICarcre Road, wil regret to hear that ho is suffering from an attack of pneumonia. Miss C. Rowland has been appointed to tho staff of the Terraco End School and will bo in charge of the children's class room at tho public hospital.
