TO CONTINUE WORK. ALEXANDRIA, Sept. 9. The Prime Minister, Sidky Pasha, admits that he returned determined to resign owing to ill-health, but King Fuad was unwilling to dispense with his services. Consequently he is retaining his office with an unchanged Cabinet.
