GERMANY’S DEBTS.
STEPS FOR PAYMENT. BERLIN, Sept. 8. Dr. Schacht, President of the Reichsbank, states that Germany is determined to pay her debts. She can only do so by increased exports. Germany intends to overcome the crisis by the old-fashioned remedy of economy in every department, and a reduction in the standard of living.
