TURN TOAVARD NORMALITY. . LONDON, Dec. 3. Mr Stanley Baldwin, speaking at Sunderland, said that Britain, under the previous Government, was third among the world’s great exporting countries, and was now first. British manufacturers should take advantage of the Ottawa Conference agreements and familiarise themselves with the Dominions’ requirements. “I believe what I have never been able to say before, namely, that Britain’s turn toward normality is coming,” he added.
