NO AGREEMENT.
Per Press Association. NEW PLYMOUTH, Sept. 15. Proposals by the employers for a new award for butchers in Taranaki were argued all day before the Conciliation Council, largely in camera. This evening it was announced that no agreement was reached. A motion to refer the dispute to the Arbitration Court was defeated. Mages are the chief cause of disagreement.
