TOURISTS IN BRITAIN.
MANY FROM UNITED STATES. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY. Aug. 24. The tourists and other holiday makers from foreign countries who visited Britain during July numbered 41,709. More than a third came from the United States, hut the numbers, which have risen considerably during the present month, show tha.t French, German and other Continental visitors came to England in exceptionally large numbers.
