ASHHURST.
(From Our Own Correspondent.) ASHHURST, April 21. Tho bi-monthly meeting of the Ashhurst Boy Scouts’ Committee was held in tho Parish Hall, on Alonday. Air W. G. Romley occupied tho chair. Alembers present wore Rev. R. E. Fordycc (scoutmaster) and Alessrs Taylor, Trass, Fenwick, Dobson and Amos. Tho scoutmaster reported that ho had hold four parades sinco the last meeting and tho boys wero doing splendidly. Tho Scouts will parado at 10.30 on Anzac Day for tho service to ho held at tho school, and if possjblo a first-year service star will bo presented to each Scout who lias completed his year’s service. Mr R. Davis was elected to membership of tho committee.
