UNEMPLOYED PARADES.
Received February 20, 1.30 p.m. VANCOUVER, Feb. 19. The civic policy of prohibiting unemployed parades has been reversed, and permission is being granted, for demonstrations to be held, providing Union Jacks, to be supplied by the city, are carried.
