RUGBY, Dec. 1. With regard to the cancellation of Mr J. H. Thomas’s tour of the Dominions, it is stated that pressure of work, especially on questions relating to tariffs and Imperial trade, is likely to be so considerable that liis absence of several months is considered inadvisable. The presence of the Canadian Prime .Minister, Mr R. B. Bennett, in London lias enabled. Mr Thomas to discuss with him questions of mutual concern, but an exchange of views with other Dominions will be conducted through the usual channels.
