FOUR-BALL BOGEY

The Alanawatu Golf Club’s New Year competitions were continued yesterday on the Hokowhitu links in beautiful weather. During the afternoon a four-ball bogey was played and resulted as follows: —J. H. Nathan and Miss Scott 10 up; E. G. Sim and J. Anderson 4 up; O. H. YY’illiams and Mrs Brooker 4 up; E. Fletcher and C. J. Hay 2 up; C. G. Moore and H. Mackenzie square; J. F. Field and Mrs Field 1 down; Y\’. A. Robertson and Miss McCabe 1 down.
