CAPETOWN, Sept. 18. “We deny the right of any European. nation, England included, to act. anywhere in Africa in: conflict with our ideals,” was tho outspoken criticism of the Minister of Lands,’ Mr P. G. W. Grobler, regarding a White Paper foreshadowing British native policy Fn East Africa. The Minister . dealt' exhaustively with the question at the opening of the Transvaal Nationalist Congress.
