CEMETERY DESECRATED.
TOMBS AT HULL TORN UP. UNPLEASANT ADVERTISEMENT. LONDON, Aug. 11. In the midst of its unrestrained rejoicings at the home-coming of Miss Amy Johnson, the town of Hull has been given an unpleasant advertisement by several other of its youthful citizens tearing up the tombs in a disused cemetery, careering round brandishing human bones and skulls, chasing girls and screaming with laughter and mock terror. Many skeletons have been-broken and scattered about the grounds and in adjacent streets. Citizens of Hull are aghast at the disclosures at a period when they want the youth of the city to be acclaimed throughout tho world.
