VANCOUVER, April 7; A report from Dayton, Ohio, states that Sir Frank Nelson, Conservative member for Stroud. Gloucester, in the British House of Commons, announced to-day that he was resigning from Parliament to become general manager of the British branch of a cash register concern. LONDON, April 7. Mr Edgar Wallace, the novelist, lias been adopted as the Liberal candidate for the Aylesbury division in Buckinghamshire.
