TIMBER MILLS TO REOPEN.
DECISION IN MELBOURNE.
MANY VOLUNTEERS,
Received June 4, 10.20 a.m. MELBOURNE, June 4. Arrangements are- complete for the reopening of the metropolitan timber mills. About 1500 men have" volunteered for work under the Lukin award.
Trouble is not expected, but every precaution is being taken to preserve order. Arrangements are being made for picketing the milfs by unionists.
