IN BANKRUPTCY.
FARMER’S PETITION. A petition in bankruptcy has been filed by Percival Russell Roberts, farmer, of Koputaroa, the deficiency in the estate being £460. Secured creditors are the State Advances Office (£1850) and C. Higginson, farmer, or Otaki (£1150), the security—land and etock —being valued at toUUU. Amounts owing to unsecured creditors total £485, the principal being as follow ; —Parkinson and Rasmussen (Palmerston North) £400; Horowhenua Power Board, £4O; G. C Petersen, £2O; Nathan and Co. (Palmerston North) £lo;''and the Horowhenua County Council £lO. The only assets, other than the land arid stock, is lurmture valued at £25.
