AFFAIRS IN MONACO.
CONSIDERABLE DISCONTENT. (Australian Press Association.) Received March 30. 11.0 a.m. PARIS, March 29. A message from Nice states that despite the promises of Prince Louis to meet the demands of the populace of Monaco, considerable discontent continues to be manifested against the Government. It is reported that the Prince’s carbineers are prepared to quell any demonstration.
