PLIGHT TO ENGLAND BEGUN. FIRST STAGE TO WYNDHAM. KINGSFORD SMITH AND ULM. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, March 30. Advice received by the Eastern Extension .Cable Company states that the Southern Cross left this-morning on the flight to England at 10.46 o’clock Sydney time. ■ \ The first stage, Richmond to Wyndham, is 1860 miles. The fliers hope to reach England in about 13 days.
