TRANSPORT BOARD.
QUESTION OF CONSTITUTION. (By Telegraph—Special to Standard.) . WELLINGTON, Feb. 28. The Minister o'f* Transport Hon. W. A. Veitch, is receiving further representations regarding the constitution of the Transport Advisory Board, and it is understood that he is not constituting it until he lias ascertained the sum total of the opinion. The delay will enable the North and South Island Motorists’ Associations to discuss the question at the annual conference. '
