DISABLED VESSEL.
Received February 28, 1.30 p.m _ SYDNEY. Feb 28. Iho agents have received a radio message from the disabled vessel Arafura to the u effect that progress has been retarded by southeasterly gales ■and high seas. The vessel is in tow of the tug Coringa and is expected to arrive at Brisbane on Friday.
