TROTSKY ELEMENT.
MUST BE CRUSHED. Received February 27, 2.10 p m. MOSCOW, Feb. 27. Admitting that, for the moment, well-to-do peasants and other nonSocialists hold the advantage in the anti-Soviet campaign, the Communist Conference adopted a resolution pledging to crush the Trotsky element. The conference has declared war on the members of the Right Party, and has demanded unconditional adherence to Stalin’s policy, with the object of intensifying the war against capitalism.
