ORDER REIGNS.

(British Official Wireless). Received February 28, 1.50 p.m. RUGBY, Feb. 27. Mr G. Locker-Lampson stated in the House of Commons to-day that no reports of disturbances in Cairo had been received. Ho understood that good order and political calm prevailed throughout Egypt. He had seen the reports on -which the question was based, but the Foreign Office had no information regarding such occurrences, and he was quite sure that they would have heard had they taken place.
