PRICE OF BENZINE.
REDUCTION TO AUTOMOBILE ASSOCIATION MEMBERS. The Manawatu Automobile Association, which has now a membership of over 600, has under way arrangements for supplying benzine to its members at substantially reduced prices, on similar lines to the arrangements recently made by the Wellington Association. Local motorists who until recently belonged to tho Wellington Association have been agitating for this reduction for the past two years, and there are already offers by various local firms to quote prices to the association here. The matter will be considered at a meeting of the association this week. The reduction to members will probably be 7d per gallon on first grade spirit.
