CHANGE OF GOVERNORS
(British Official Wireless.) Received August 11, 1.5 a.m. RUGBY, July 31. _ It is officially announced that Sir William Hailey, Governor of the Punjab, India, has been appointed Governor of the United Provinces in succession to tho late Sir Alexander Mud. diman.
Sir Geofffrey do Montmorency has been appointed Governor of Punjab.
