Jones, £6, costs £1 5s 6d. JUDGMENT SUMMONS. L. C. -Stevens was ordered to pay Laery and Co., Ltd., £l’ 13s Id forthwith, in default four days’ imprisonment. DEFENDED CASE. A. C. Bradley, formerly licensee of the Occidental Hotel, claimed £6 17s, being money lent and unpaid and goods supplied from Robert Todd, labourer, of Palmerston North. Judgment was given for plaintiff for £5 18s, with costs £2 6s. Mr Grant appeared for plaintiff and Mr Tremaine for defendant.
