POSTAL CONFERENCE.
AERIAL MAIL ARRANGEMENTS
RUGBY, Aug. 11. About 30 countries will he represented at the conference of tho Universal Postal Union to be held at Tho Hague on September 1 to consider means of further developing international air mail arrangements. Tho air mail postal service has grown rapidly, and the conference will consider how general postal organisations in the various countries can be improved in the light of the experience already gained. General Williamson, Director of Postal Services, and Colonel Edwards, Technical Adviser to the Director of Civil Aviation, will bo the British representatives. —British official wireless.
