BASKET BALL.
On Saturday last two keenly contested games of basket ball were played at Palmerston North between the Palmerston North Technical School and tho Levin District High School, the result in both cases being in favour of the homo teams, as follows: —“A” team, 36 to 26 j “B,” 20 to 4. The games were ably controlled by Miss Downes and Miss Matheson respectively.
