WANGAEHU HALL
BURNT TO ASHES. Per Press Association. WANGANUI, June 24. The AVangaehu hall, a., very old building, was destroyed by fire tonight. A short time before the fire broke out residents had been at the hall decorating and preparing for a dance. They went away to unload a new piano purchased for the occasion, and on their return found the hall in flames. The building was burnt to ashes. Undeterred by this misfortune, the people held their dance at Turakina, five miles away.
