GRAIN SPECULATION.
SEQUEL TO FALSE REPORT. BUENOS AYRES, June 22. Following an investigation instituted after a false report that the Argentine Government had speculated in the grain market in connection with' tho official crop forecast circulated in Chicago in December, an order has been issued here for the arrest of Louis MacCauley, secretary of the Armour Pncking Company, La Plata, who is believed to be in the United States. — A. and N.Z. cable.
