DISQUIETING FEATURE.
LONDON, June 23. Viscount Cecil, writing regretting hit non-attendance at a conference oF the League' of Nations Union at Bristol, said: “There are some disquieting features in the European situation. The Governments and peoples of some States appear to be under the influence of a returning belief in force as the only internationl remedy.”—A. and N.Z. cable.
