VICTIM OF DRUGS. SUICIDE WHILE INSANE. (By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) Received June 23, 12.10 p.m. LONDON, June 22. At the inquest concerning the death of the French actress, Mdlle. Regine Flory, a verdict was returned of suicide while of unsound mind. Evidence was given that deceased was trying to cure herself of the drug habit and had previously attempted suicide following a love affair. Lately she had been depressed and had threatened-to commit suicide.—A. End N.Z. cable. 51dlle. Flory recently went to Drury Lane Theatre, London, in search of an engagement, and there shot herself with a revolver. She had considerable success in London during Hie war in revue and musical comedy.
