TWO CARS COLLIDE.
LADY BADLY INJURED. HAMILTON, Dec. 28. Two motor cars, one driven by Mr S Ellis, of Auckland, and the other by Rev. M. Aspland, Minister of the Presbyterian First Cluirch, Frankton, collided at one of the bad corners near the top of the Raglan deviation on Saturday. Both cars were badly damaged about the radiator, front mudguard and lamps. . Mrs Aspland, who was driving with her husband, was shot through the windscreen and she was badly cut about the face. She was unconscious for some time and is now confined to bed, but is doing quito well.
Rev. Mr Aspland was formerly minister of the Congregational Church in Palmerston North and his many friends will regret to learn of the accident to Mrs Aspland.
