ELLERSLIE TRAINING NOTES. (Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND, Nov. 3. The outside of the course proper was available at Ellerslie this morning for fast work, and it was in good order. The weather was fine, and there were some interesting gallops. Right and Left and Boomerday ran a miio and a-quarter in 2.18, tiie first round taking 2.3. Serang beat Tactician over four furlongs in 51 4-ssec. fcitar Ranger did strong work. Polonett and Royal Present covered seven furlongs in 1.33 2-5. Cawnpore beat Master Doon over six furlongs in 1.19 1-5. Sir Archie finished in front of Mosaic at the end of seven furlongs run in 1.31 3-5. Arch Amie was in front of Jov Ride and Daylight at the end of seven furlongs. Romantic beat Charlady in a sprint, the last half mile taking 54sec. Kainehameha, Barometer, Temonnnui and Town Bank wore in thta order at tho end of a round done in 2.2 3-5. Musketoon was picked up at the old mile post by Drawbridge and covered a round in 2.9 4-5. . he was not galloping fast over the first bit. Appellant covered three furlongs in 36sec. Hipo sprined down the straight. Ballyinoy beat Dave over six turlongs in 1.18. Oration ran five furlongs in 1.7 1-5 and Scot Free half a mile in 55sec. . Archibald, Exactly and Sulla finished in that order at the end of five furlongs run in 1.7 3-5. Kiosk sprinted over four furlongs of her work in 41sec. Danao was in front of Wyoming and Killute at the end of six furlongs, run in 1.19 2-5. The former gave the other pair a start. Royal Tea and Chamour ran four furlongs' in oOsoc, Royal Tea being in front at the finish. Kawini and Rafferty rail tlio last seven furlongs of their work in 1.41, Karamu taking l.o>_ tor a similar distance. Some Lady, Cheery Girl, Quincoina and Quinvarclia linisUed in that order at tho end of five furlongs run ill 1.5 J-5. Lady Ridicule ran seven furlongs in 1.32 2-5 and Judge’s Box beat Three C’iieers over six furlongs in 1.20 1-5. importer ran a round at a good strong pace, being picked up by Day Bell over tlie last nve furlongs, tho pair finishing together, l'ittsworth was oetter than Peter Amans over a round in 2.8. Lapidary ran six furlongs in 1.19 1-5. Kendal jumped four hurdles well. Dick jumped the sod wall, the double and the stone wall safely. Hard Prince went over two hurdles twice, afterwards galopinlg seven furlongs on tho course proper.
