SUPREME COURT.
DANNEVIRKE CASE. SUNNEX FOUND GUILTY. The jury in the case at the Supremo Court in which Henry Sunnex. a youth of 19, was charged at the local Supreme Court cessions with carnally knowing a 16-year-old girl at Danncvirke on January 1, or alternatively with indecently assaulting hu\ returned at 12.15 p.m. after a retirement of two and three-quarter hours, with a verdict of guilty with a strong recommendation to mercy. Accused was remanded for sentence till Monday.
