TROUBLE IN EGYPT
CONSPIRACY SUSPECTED. MORE ARRESTS MADE. [By Electric Telegraph. Received November 29, 11.10 a.m. LONDON, Nov. 28. Reuter's Cairo correspondent tolegraphs that the Soudan down train from Cairo, connecting with tho Soudan steamer from Haifa, is not departing to-night. There is no further news from Khartoum. The Egyptian police effected 35 arrests to-day, presumably as a precautionary measure dictated by the present circumstances. It is understood that three of those arrested are suspected of conspiring against the lives of Viscount Allenby and the present Egyptian Ministers. The police have arrested tho students’ leader at Alexandria.—Reuter.
