Princess Helena Victoria read a message from the Queen assuring those present of her deep interest in the proceedings. The programme to-day, arranged by New Zealandows, consisted c f a number °f papers on child welfare, education and general progress of the women of New Zealand, a concert . by New Zenland artists and a reception by Sir James Alien, at which Maori girls danced.—Reuter.
