MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
UNDEFENDED CIVIL ACTIONS.
Mr J. L. Stout, S.M., presided over t-lio sitting of the Magistrate’s Court this morning, when civil business was dealt with. Judgment for plaintiff by default was given in the following undefended civil actions: —J. T. Follas (Mr Meatyard) v. G. H. MeDei'mid. £1 13s 6d, costs 9s; Wood? Motors Ltd. (Mr Mealvard) v. V. 11. Foot. £4 9s 6d, costs £1 11s 6d : R. V. Lloyd (Mr Meatyard) v. M. 8. Jensen, 10s, costs 15s JUDGMENT SUMMONS. 11. Hartley was ordered to pay forthwith to J. Nathan and Co., Ltd. (Mr Grant) £3 3s, in default 7 day’s imprisonment.
