ALLEGED ROBBERY.
POSTAL CLERK CHARGED. SYDNEY, June 10. George Gardiner was remanded till June 20 on a .charge of stealing £BOO, the property of the Postmaster-Gener-al, in connection with the recent robbery. Gardiner was a clerk in the Postal Department.—Press Association. Details of the robbery of £BOO by means of a forged cheque appear on page 11.
