In the financial statement submitted to the D.O.A. by Harry Fulton, warehouseman, of Palnierston North (who has filed a petition in bankruptcy), the amount due to unsecured creditors is shown at £954 9s 9d; that to secured creditors £l4, being covered by a security ampunting to £l6O, leaving a surplus of £146 for distribution among the unsecured creditors.
